The Sr. Inclusion & Diversity & CSR Consultant in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Leads will lead a regional approach for hiring, engaging and retaining diverse talent while fostering a culture of belonging in North and South America.  The Sr Consultant will also drive regional diversity and corporate social responsibility outreach initiatives and programs in close partnership with the business, ensuring enterprise focus on key priorities. Outreach represents EA’s commitment to corporate social responsibility through employee and player engagement with charitable organizations. EA is committed to creating an inclusive, belonging culture for employees and creating a diverse workforce today and in the future that can best serve our global community of players. This position will collaborate with HR and business teams to accomplish enterprise goals.

 

About The Job

  • Analyze data and convert influential story to motivate senior executives to take action
  • Partner with business leaders to foster diversity within their organizations through specific diversity plans that are aligned with their business objectives
  • Evolve the diversity, inclusion and outreach strategy to propel EA into an industry leading position for workforce diversity, inclusion and CSR outreach aligned with overall business direction in North and South America
  • Cultivate the mindset and capabilities of local leaders to foster an inclusive culture through learning initiatives, including unconscious bias and cross-cultural communication.
  • Leverage EA’s employee resource groups, Inclusion Champions and Outreach Ambassadors in region to increase employee engagement and business impact
  • Advocate and drive EA partnerships to advance Corporate Social Responsibility efforts – inclusive of community outreach, environmental sustainability and political activities
  • Develop key external partnerships to create access to diverse talent today and in the future through long-lead partnerships inclusive of primary and secondary schools and colleges/universities
  • Collaborate with HR and Business organizations to achieve diversity, inclusion and CSR objectives
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition and talent development functions to embed diversity strategies into all programs and activities
  • Partner with our Legal and Government Affairs teams on external events and legislation that has an impact on our employees and/or our business
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to engage employees in our diversity, inclusion and corporate social responsibility work internally and with external partners and players
  • Spend immersive time at key site locations in North and South America

 

Candidate Profile

 

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, with executive presence and works effectively and efficiently with all functions. S/he has experience in successfully leading, building, and maintaining a global diversity and inclusion and CSR strategy, and has a demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level. S/he has a successful history of demonstrated involvement and leadership in philanthropic efforts on a global scale and understands how to measure the impact of these partnerships. S/he is an innovative leader with the ability to analyze data and lead matrixed teams to achieve common goals.

 

For the performance and personal competencies required for the position, we would highlight the following:

  • Ability to analyze data to determine business relevant outcomes and leverage metrics to evaluate and monitor success
  • Experience delivering strategic diversity and CSR initiatives across a global organization with business leader support.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and optimizing diversity related programs with metrics to inform decisions
  • Demonstrated success in creating and driving corporate social responsibility initiatives on a global scale
  • Be willing to experiment and implement new practices to evolve EA’s programs while embodying EA’s purpose and beliefs
  • Ability to influence and drive action at all levels of the organization
  • Uses strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills to deliver messages in a clear and compelling manner
  • Ability to travel for immersive experiences and local engagement at key site locations in North and South America
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
