Responsibilities:

The game Animator will work with the Lead Artist to concept and design a variety of Pogo web-game assets for the Pogo.com website. This position calls for a quick, accurate turnaround of web design & animation work in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for somebody who has strong graphic art, well know with game animation, and solid web game production skills.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 3-5 years demonstrated experience as a CG graphic artist with solid animation skill know-how to be successful in this role.

 

• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Animate CC to prepare/publish graphics.

 

• Experience with game animation, Key-Frame animation and good motion feels.

 

• Exceptional communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of groups and teams.

 

• Maintain schedules and ensure deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
  
  
• Good design sense and understanding of what works well for the online space.
  
  
• Must be able to provide an exceptional portfolio of Flash/HTML5 art work.

 

• Action script is a plus, but not required.

 

• May require travel as needed

 

Desirable Skills:

• More experience in Graphics User Interface design
• Good understanding of User Experience
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Bachelor of Fine Arts degree or related program
• Passionate in design and drawing
• Avid gamer
