External Description:

AD PRODUCT PRODUCER

The Manager is responsible for the internal relationships with our studio teams, as the primary point of contact from Global Brand Partnerships.  They will work alongside the various GBP cross-functional teams to help create and support the development of various in-game media products and Competitive Gaming sponsorships that help drive advertising revenue to assigned EA franchises. 

 

The ideal candidate is a highly creative, personable, organized, motivated and a passionate gamer.

 

Responsibilities:

• Foster and maintain strong strategic relationships with key development stakeholders at the franchise level
• Be the resident GBP game expert, providing product and content information by working closely with the franchises to intimately understand game design and gameplay
• Help educate game teams on the overall state of the advertising business, best practices, and what advertisers look for.
• Collaborate with various key stakeholders to proactively ideate dynamic in-game sponsorship and media opportunities, as well as Competitive Gaming programs for GBP to take to market.
• Help identify opportunities to increase ad effectiveness and quality on existing products through improvements to design, frequency and segmentation rules.
• Provide the studios with intelligent revenue reporting and in-depth analysis on the state of their advertising business, as well as valuable feedback on how to improve the business going forward.
• As primary POC with the game studios, manage communication and information requests with internal cross-functional teams.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of business development, marketing or production management experience.
• The ability to think creatively and strategically. Problem solving on the fly is an absolute must.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong presentation skills are necessary.  Attention to detail a MUST.
• Positive, team-player attitude. Willing to pitch in where needed, and work together with internal and external partners towards a common goal.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel a MUST. 
• General understanding of the ad industry and video game industry a PLUS
• eSports knowledge is ideal
