Are you a data driven media expert? EA is consolidating its search, social and programmatic media buying talent into one powerhouse team.

We are looking for a digital media professional who will enable EA to take its fluid media practice to the next level. This person will shape our search, social and programmatic campaigns, directly impacting our players experience through media and beyond.

In this is a dynamic and exciting opportunity, the Associate Manager of Media Activation will play a key role in valuating EA's vast proprietary data sets to inform planning teams how to structure, target and activate brand media campaigns. 

This role will also actively build and sustain foundational relationships with local planning teams at EA, our global agency partner and external vendors, acting as a conduit throughout campaign lifecycle.

The Associate Manager of Media Activation will be pivotal to developing the fluid brand discipline at EA and use his or her expertise to drive growth, innovation and change.

What does the Associate Manager of Media Activation do?

  • Develop fluid media buying activation strategies: Craft fluid media buying strategies across Search, Social and Programmatic channels, that deliver against brand campaign goals, globally, and at scale.
  • Create Audience Targeting Strategies: Bring media brief to life through robust audience targeting strategies across platforms using 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data.
  • Partner with Global Biddable Media Lead to manage buying agency/ies: Oversee relationship with the buying agency/ies to ensure they become an effective extension of the Global Marcom Activation team.
  • Audience Sizing and Fluid Budget Setting: Provide audience size forecasts, by platform, to inform minimum, optimal and maximum investment levels to be recommended for each fluid channel.
  • Drive fluid media buying excellence: Ensure consistent and timely execution across all fluid (Search, Social and Programmatic) media channels to deliver against campaign goals, strategies and budgets.
  • Cultivate relationships with relevant fluid media vendors: Actively develop and nurture relevant partner relationships across fluid channels to deliver opportunities for future testing and innovation.

 

Key Requirements

  • A deep understanding of search, social and programmatic media programs and data-led media activations utilized in brand-led campaigns
  • Interest in and passion for first-party data targeting, attribution and media and campaign testing
  • Experience working on global campaigns and collaborating with multiple territories and partners.
  • The experience to lead an agency team to deliver and activate extraordinary brand-led media plans across multiple fluid channels using all the tools at their disposable to reach and excite s strategic targets for multiple award-winning video game franchises.
  • Flexible and dynamic with the ability to adapt to changing goals, objectives, priorities and timelines
  • Ability to galvanize and influence agencies, teams and stakeholders at all level across the organization
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills to enable independent decision making
