Nous sommes à la recherche d’un artiste UI pour notre studio de Montréal.

 

Rôle de l’artiste UI chez Motive :

Taches et responsabilités :

  • Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe UI pour assurer des jeux AAA et une expérience de jeu de classe mondiale
  • Suivant les guides stylistiques et les documents de conception, créer des éléments graphiques, des animations et des interfaces
  • Implémenter les interfaces directement dans l’engin
  • Maîtriser la documentation et la communication pour assurer le partage de l’information
  • Collaborer avec les équipes externes/à distance, y compris les partenaires en convivialité, afin de maintenir une vision uniforme
  • Être à jour dans les tendances de l’industrie et les expériences utilisateur, en proposant des solutions pour le développement à venir

 

Exigences:

  • Au moins 4 ans d’expérience approfondie de l’industrie du jeu dans la livraison de titres AAA
  • Expérience avec des équipes regroupant de multiples disciplines et emplacements
  • Bonne connaissance de l’engagement utilisateur/joueur
  • Développement de jeux pour console HD
  • Capacité de communiquer des critiques efficaces et d’accepter la rétroaction et les critiques
  • Démonstration de solides compétences globales en art et en conception tant 2D que 3D
  • Forte compréhension des jeux populaires, surtout les jeux de rôle et les jeux d’action
  • Intérêt pour la RV
  • Passion, énergie et enthousiasme

What the UI Artist will do at Motive:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the UI team to deliver world-class AAA games and user experiences.
  • In compliance with the style guides and the design documents, create graphic elements, animations and interfaces.
  • Implement interfaces directly into the engines.
  • Possess a profound understanding of the documentation and communication skills to ensure the sharing of information.
  • Work with external/remote teams including usability partners to maintain a unified vision.
  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and user experiences by proposing solutions for the future development.

 

Requirements

  • At least four years of extensive experience in the gaming industry, more specifically in shipping AAA titles.
  • Experience working with teams across multiple disciplines and locations.
  • Good knowledge of user/player engagement.
  • HD console game development.
  • Ability to effectively communicate criticism and to accept feedback and criticism.
  • Proven all-around art and design skills in both 2D and 3D.
  • Solid understanding of popular games, specifically in the RPG and Action genres.
  • Interest in VR.
  • Passion, energy and enthusiasm
