We are looking for a versatile and experienced communications leader to join our Brand & Corporate Communications team. In a culture that values a deep passion for games, you will play a key role working closely with our senior leaders to drive an executive communications strategy that elevates the company’s key initiatives, values, and thought leadership across internal platforms, traditional media, social media, and speaking engagements.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with senior leaders to develop key narratives that elevate EA’s key priorities and thought leadership;
  • Manage engagement strategy for internal and external communications opportunities;
  • Produce well-researched written material, including speeches, briefing documents, and message guides in support of communications engagements;
  • Advise and prep senior leaders on written communications, speaking engagements, and media opportunities;
  • Drive execution on strategic engagements as a representative of EA and senior leaders with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Experience and Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience, with proven track record in PR/corporate communications, including direct experience working with a variety of media, such as print, broadcast, digital.
  • Passion for gaming, building player connections, and having fun.
  • Expert skills in communications, media relations, writing, message development and reputation management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with C-level executives on message development for key corporate priorities and timely issues.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with very strong organizational and management ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing high-impact work.
  • Ability to effectively manage high-pressure crisis situations, and work in ambiguity to define a clear path.
  • Understanding of domestic and international media markets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field is preferred.
