Position Title: Associate Financial Analyst

External Description:

Electronic Arts (EA) is looking for the next generation of finance leaders to join the team at our headquarters in Redwood City.  This unique opportunity targets entry-level candidates and is open to recent graduates with up to two years of experience.  The ideal candidate seeks to gain exposure to different areas within accounting and finance through various rotational assignments and training opportunities. Some examples of previous rotations include the following:

Corporate and Business Financial Planning & Analysis

Controllership and International Accounting

Internal and External Financial Reporting

Treasury

Internal Audit 

 

Training and Development:

You will be paired with a manager from the Global Audit team who will meet with you regularly to coordinate your rotations, provide coaching and help you gain the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career at EA. In addition, this program provides visibility to EA’s finance leadership team through special projects, presentations, and networking. 

Technical Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or economics with a GPA of at least 3.5 (candidates with advanced degrees are also eligible for the program, as well)
  • 0-2 year’s maximum combined work experience including internships and / or additional education (advanced degree, business certifications, etc.)
  • Passion, energy, enthusiasm to learn
  • A team player, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a group, across myriad divisions / functions, and as an effective independent contributor
  • Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible and easily adapt to change
