Position Title: Project Manager I

External Description:

What a Procurement and Asset Management Analyst does at EA:

Assist the Procurement and Sourcing Manager with projects and objectives related to continuous improvement of processes, procedures, reporting and compliance.
Assists with preparation of requests for proposal/quotation and evaluate multi-supplier responses
Facilitates the PO/PR process (Creating, tracking, follow up approvals)
Maintain assets in an automated tool and Inventory Management system ensuring information is up-to-date, accurate, and auditable
Create and update WorkFront and Jira tickets for Server decommision
Track PO delivery and work with Data centers to ensure hardware/asset details are enter into Oracle.
Maintain data center decommissioning of assets- includes server, network and storage. Partner with project management team for the decommissioning process.
Management of day-to-day process and procedures to support ongoing operations, maintain and facilitate reports, metrics, create custom reports based on business need and specifications
Track and maintain copies of software licenses, warranties and service agreements
Investigate and resolve exceptions and issues of Server decommission process workflow
Prepar quarterly metric reports and identify areas for improvement.
Working with suppliers to drive the resolution of Billing discrepancy (Invoice reconciliation and payment) ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner
Work with Procurement Manager to manage and track decommission tasks- includes using project management, change control tools and publish weekly report

JOB QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of IT Procurement experience
In depth understanding of IT Procurement lifecycle processes and tools
Experience with Oracle tools and technologies
Experience with Confluence, Jira, Service Now ticketing systems
Experience with WorkFront
Advance level of MS Excel and other Microsoft applications
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team
Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management, staff and vendors

This role requires working closely with EADP Procurement, Data Center, Systems, Network, NOC, Project Managers, FP&A, and others teams.
