Project Manager - Creative and Strategy, Marcom (12-month contract)

The Creative + Strategy- Project Manager will work closely with the Head of Creative, Strategy (Sports and Games) and Activation Team (Account Management) at EA. They will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating key milestones in the development of marketing campaigns for all of the Head of Creative & Strategy’s portfolio. They are not responsible for the final delivery of assets, that will be handled by the production and activation teams.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who has worked as an account manager, producer or project manager in an entertainment creative services department, creative advertising agency or post production environment. They are used to a high level of multi-tasking and a fast-moving environment. They have great personal and diplomacy skills and are strong communicators and collaborators. They must be solution oriented. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as an Account Manager, Creative Project Manager or Producer at a Creative Ad Agency, Entertainment Company or Post-Production facility.
• Self-driven leader with the ability to understand creative development project timeline
• Experience developing, creating and refining a process of reviews for; strategic and creative briefs amongst internal cross functional teams.
• The ability to manage multiple personalities and time-zones
• Detailed and Organized
• Excellent follow through
• Creatively driven and problem solver
• Must be able to keep focus on multiple tasks and effectively set priorities among projects
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Works with Activation Team (Media and Account Management) Production Execution Team on managing clear and realistic workback timelines for Strategic and Creative Brief reviews.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Creates and manages the schedule from initial briefing through to production hand-off of all creative materials within EA’s Marketing & Communication organization.
• Ensures project stays on time and consistently hits key milestones
• Updates Head of Creative & Strategy regularly on the status of all projects
• Organizes regular review sessions with key stakeholders
• Works closely with all creative teams to ensure work stays on time
• Works closely with Creative Resource Manager to ensure resource allocation is accurate and manageable.
• This role reports into the Production team and dot lines into the Creative, Strategy and Activation team.
