This person supports the employee experience in every way. They will assist and support both our Austin and Galway offices to keep the schedule on track, the logistics organized, and the trains running on time. The team’s mission is to improve the quality of life for our employees enjoy at work by making sure employees have what they need to succeed. Why? Because if we can take care of our employees, our employees will be better prepared to take care of our players.
This role is part of EA’s Customer Experience organization. The Customer Experience organization strives to make EA known for taking care of its players. We’re players taking care of players and people talking to people – whenever, wherever, and however they need us.
The Employee Experience Coordinator will work with multiple teams across Customer Experience—and the rest of EA—including call centre Team Managers, Facilities, Workforce Management, Finance, and Outreach. A typical day might see this person organizing catering for meetings or events, scheduling programs, managing purchases and budget reconciliation of office equipment and other supplies, booking travel arrangements, hosting site tours, updating seating charts, and organizing local training sessions.
