What  does  the  EA  IT  Employee  Experience  Engineering  Team  do?

Our  team,  the  Employee  Experience  group  is  a  new  central  technology  team  that  is  responsible
for  designing,  developing  and  maintaining  application  and  data  services  as  well  as  enterprise
mobile  applications  that  support  all  employees  throughout  EA.  Our  goal  is  to  produce  high
quality  service  and  mobile  solutions  that  help  each  and  every  EA  employee  do  their  job  and
contribute  to  the  goal  of  EA  making  the  world’s  greatest  games.
 
What  will  you  be  doing?
We’re  hiring  an  Enterprise  Platform  Architect  in  Employee  Experience.  This  person  will  join  an
elite,  global  team  of  product  managers  and  development  teams  who  focus  on  delivering
technology  solutions  to  EA  employees.  Their  mission  is  to  improve  the  employee  experience  by
understanding  the  way  EA  employees  work,  so  that  they  can  give  them  the  best  technical
solutions  possible.
As  an  Enterprise  Platform  Architect  at  Electronic  Arts'  Employee  Experience  team,  you  will  be  at
the  forefront  of  designing  and  implementing  solutions  within  ServiceNow  that  elevates  the
employee  experience  across  the  company.  Your  role  will  involve  strategic  planning,  system
architecture  design,  and  the  integration  of  ServiceNow  with  other  enterprise  systems.  You  will
collaborate  closely  with  engineers,  QA,  dev-ops,  and  architecture  teams  to  create  seamless,
scalable,  and  efficient  processes  that  support  Electronic  Arts'  dynamic  and  innovative  culture.
 
Key Responsibilities:
-  Strategic  Planning  and  Implementation:  Lead  the  development  of  the  ServiceNow  strategy,
ensuring  it  aligns  with  the  overall  business  objectives  and  Employee  Experience  goals.  Plan  and
implement  new  ServiceNow  modules  and  features  to  enhance  employee  productivity  and
satisfaction.
-  6+ years Architecture  Design  and  Development:  Design  the  overall  ServiceNow  architecture,  focusing
on  scalability,  reliability,  and  optimal  performance.  Develop  and  maintain  a  secure,  streamlined,
and  user-friendly  platform  that  supports  various  employee  experience  initiative, exp. with 

IT Service Management Tools/ITSM Tools

-Integration  and  Automation:  Oversee  the  integration  of  ServiceNow  with  other  enterprise
systems  and  third-party  applications  to  ensure  a  unified  and  efficient  employee  experience.
Automate  processes  within  ServiceNow  to  reduce  manual  efforts  and  improve  accuracy.
-  Customization  and  Innovation:  Customize  ServiceNow  applications  and  workflows  to  meet
specific  business  requirements.  Stay  ahead  of  ServiceNow  developments  and  trends,  proposing
innovative  solutions  that  can  further  enhance  the  employee  experience.
-  Collaboration  and  Leadership:  Work  closely  with  stakeholders  across  the  organization  to
identify  and  address  ServiceNow-related  needs.  Lead  cross-functional  teams  in  the  successful
execution  of  ServiceNow  projects,  ensuring  collaboration  and  effective  communication.
-  Process  and  Standards:  Ensure  the  reliability  and  stability  of  ServiceNow  solutions  through
setting  best  practices  and  standards..  Monitor  system  performance,  conducting  regular  reviews
and  maintenance  to  address  any  issues  promptly.
-  Training  and  Support:  Provide  ongoing  support  and  expert  advice  to  ensure  the  effective  use
and  optimization  of  the  platform.  Communicate  with  stakeholders  to  ensure  understanding  of
necessary  platform  utilization.
 
Qualifications:
-  Bachelor's  degree  in  (Computer  Science,  Information  Technology,  or  related  field)  or  related
experience.
-  Proven  experience  as  a  Enterprise  Platform  Architect  or  similar  role,  with  a  strong
understanding  of  ServiceNow  (or  similar)  capabilities  and  best  practices.
-  Excellent  technical  skills,  including  experience  with  JavaScript,  HTML,  CSS,  and  REST/SOAP  web
services.
-  Strong  strategic  thinking,  problem-solving  abilities,  and  a  commitment  to  enhancing  the
employee  experience  through  innovative  technology  solutions.
-  Outstanding  communication  and  leadership  skills,  with  the  ability  to  collaborate  effectively
across  different  teams  and  levels  of  the  organization
 


US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.


BASE SALARY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $138,200 - $219,000 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $136,600 - $219,000 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $171,100 - $219,000 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $153,100 - $206,200 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $136,600 - $202,300 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
